As per Sikh thinking, there is **no difference** between:
– **Truth (GOD / Humanity)** and
– **Path to Truth (GURU)**
Because:
**The True Path to Truth can only be TRUTH.**
We lovingly refer to the Almighty as **‘Lord TRUTH’**.
Nanak expects us to treat all other names as artificial (read FALSE).
One way to understand:
– **Lord Truth** = All Universal Truths
– **Guru** = Consolidation of eternal socio-political TRUTHs guiding a Sikh
Guru = like a judicial “ruling” formed purely from facts (TRUTH).
SatGur refers to ‘Lord’ being **One & Many at the same time.**
Modern mathematicians, logicians, and software engineers
stand in agreement with Sikh thought.
